Bleach is coming back in a big with the animation of thousand Year Blood War and Burn The With. But fans want this to be a full on revival and thus we want a sequel. Last time we spoke I gave you comicbook.com take on it. Today I will give you mine which include my ideas.
First I want to continue where we left off with everyone moved on from the fight with the quinces but I don’t want this to be moved on as with Naruto going to Boruto. What I want this to be more dragon ball where we see Ichigo fighting with his kid learning more about him through the same Gohan learned/ connected with Goku. Only For Kazuki to learn about his power as I believe Ichigo will be a better parent then Goku.
But what can threaten the peace now. The quincey threat is gone so long as there king is away and it take more than a hallow to be a threat to Ichigo. So what then can disturb the peace? I suggest a new enemy that I think would be cool as a combination called Legionaries. This group will be a mix of past enemies but they will do so being both long range and short range master thanks to them focusing on fused weapons such as gunblades or those of the like.
What makes them dangerous is just like Ichigo the group are a mix between soul reapers and Quinceys. This combination allows them to full manipulate reishi to heights no one has seen. Even to the point that Bankai are weakened or will not work in front of them, Not because they take it but they will not allow zanpakuto to be released beyond the 2nd form.
With the powers sealed and facing those who are similar to Ichigo with there abilities the soul society is brought to its knees until they defeat the attacker. With the similarity in abilities the reapers turn to Ichigo was attacked at the same time the soul society was and no one knew. But given the enemy power resembling Ichigo our hero is force to not only see if he can achieve the same power as them but also learn what is his power is.
Now what I mean by that is that we will get a theme of Ichigo power which really never did. All of the arcs Ichigo just got more power with nothing else to it. With this arc if it was done this way would force him to bring all of the quincey, soul reaper and hallow abilities together and then learn how to utlize them against this new foe. We might see what powers he gets as a Quincy with the animation of the last arc but encase we don’t this will be the time to not only elaborate on them but also combine them with his skills as Soul Reaper.
I am putting this on Ichigo and his friends and easing into Boruto as there was one mistake made with the anime and that was the old fans got left behind while it accommodated for new fans. This would give us more of an ease into any plans one might have for the next generation and not just jump right in.
Those are my thoughts right now. I will do 2 more parts on this so wait for them patiently.
