Capcom is supposedly working on 2 new projects. This comes from a rumor that has 2 developers of M-two working on something. Supposedly a larger remake project. What that project is we don’t know as if you recall Capcom said they were looking at there back catalog to see what other sleeping titles they can resurrect. And given the success of Resident Evil 2 Remake it would be a smart move.
We don’t know what project that is as there are no hints here. What we do know though is that they have been according to this working on it since December 2019. If that is the case maybe we might see a teaser trailer before the year out. But we are not sure and have to keep our eyes open.
“VGC was the first to report M-Two, a studio founded by former PlatinumGames CEO Tatsuya Minami and backed by Capcom, as a co-developer of the Resident Evil 3 remake back in December 2019. The in-game credits confirms Minami executive produced the title on behalf of M-Two, plus names several other M-Two employees including game director Kiyohiko Sakata and designer Tsutomu Teranishi—both formerly of PlatinumGames.”
