Tower Of God ep 4 The Green Apple is out and we will break it down. Since this will be a breakdown there will be a spoiler. As such if you don’t want to be spoiled please stop now and go check out the episode on Crunchyroll.com. AGAIN SPOILER AHEAD.
We begin the episode with what we left with As Bam thinks he saw Rachel. Now we don’t know I that is here her as wall we know it is someone who looks like her at the moment. But not understanding why Rachel would be there Bam just believes he is wrong.
We quickly go back to crown game where we find out that the ranker still like messing with players as they posted rules in there cells and didn’t tell them. That is until Shibus tries to get Anak of the thrown. But that is forgotten quickly as we get the next team to come in. Still now wanting to jump without some more information Khun stop Rakak from pressing the button and they see what the next can do.
This has Shibisu and Hantz against Serena team. Now are this point we learn more bout there sleeping beauty. That is due to the fact he decides to make his move. Basically he thinks he will be able to get at Anak with his teammates give him an opening. Laure takes this opening showing he is a wave user meaning he can manipulate the precious water the tower relies on. The one problem is that he woke up Anak.
From this point we will be focusing on Anak as this mere act of waking from her sleep sets her off and she decides to use her ignition weapon green April. Now we learn from Khun that ignition weapons aren’t supposed be allowed but given that Bam has a similar weapon it is a good thing that they are not allowed. But now pissed Anak used her weapon without holding back.
Now Serena makes the call to go back to there cell rather than face Anak. But That isn’t what stops Anak as she sense the black march. This brings her face to face with Bam team and it is here she reveals that normal people aren’t allowed to have those weapons. On top of that she reveals she is a princess of Jahhad.
Let that sink taking in what we know. We learned that princess are the one thing rankers were looking for with the other group who is merging with this one. That could be how dangerous they are or the weapons they posses. We don’t know but we know it was an option that the rankers though about to explain how so many people got killed so badly.
Now we don’t know if Princess are allowed in this game but what we do know is that Anak and Bam weapons illegal but allowed. We say allowed as Anak is stopped by the ranker before she tries to kill everyone holding the green April in his hand and seeing the black March and just tells them to go back to there cells more or less. Anak wanted it from Bam but he refused.
Now on the way back we get a little bit more information. We don’t know what is exactly said but it is revealed that Anak isn’t a real princess. This is thanks to a small exchange she has with one of the other competitors. We don’t know what she says to her but it is enough to set are little green girl off. Hantz stops her before she causes any more trouble luckily. From there we move to the next phase which has Bam team move in and Khun takes the show.
I phrase it that way because we have 4 team counting Bam, Khun and Rak team and all we see is Khun just mess with them from start to finish. He even does so to the point Rak gets angry about him holding all the fun. But this brings us back to the cells/ waiting rooms. Here we see the room with the other girl Anak was talking too. She ask the girl who we believe is Rachel is alright to kill them? A question we don’t get the answer too. That is until the next episode.
