This is a small series we are doing for Shadow Hearts talking about what it would be like if Koudelka was once again the main but for a new Shadow Hearts game. This new game I figured would be a cross over between Sh1-2 since they are cannon and from the new world which isn’t.
The last time we talking about the fusion being forced to grow because of the invading force to bring destruction called the grim which are more powerful awakers. But in doing so I forgot to explain how Johnny will grow. I have decided to have him grow not only by defeating the grim and thus learning from them but also through other malice points.
These Malice points would be from those revived by the awakening of the grim who were killed or effected by Malice. In other words Johnny would be tracking down a revived Edna as well as Lady along with Gilbert and Killer. Edena will be a nice side quest to have between him and Ricardo tracking her down. Mind you she doesn’t have to go to the place where she died or lived. Just a nice trail for them to follow.
This will lead to Gilbert who is injured. The injury will be from a revived killer how has injured him for using Lady. As a result Gilbert will be traveling the America’s looking for people to devour to heal himself until Johnny puts him down.
Gilbert wanting revenge tells Johnny where Killer might be. Thus Johnny follows the trail and runs into Killer after a while but no lady saying that he figured Gilbert would give him up and thus he decided to face them alone. Unlike Edna Killer will have the understanding that Gilbert does over Malice but he isn’t injured. Meaning he will be 2 as powerful as the last time they met. And given what Johnny is here for Killer will not lose. Especially knowing what that means for Lady.
In losing Killer begs Johnny not to kill Lady again. Hurting already at the thought Johnny doesn’t say anything. That is until Lady comes to get Killer and disappears. Johnny find out through some leads that they went into the purgatory painting to hide. Once inside Killer is ready to fight along side Lady and Umbrel umbrella. Given the challenge Johnny will be joined by Yuri, Shania and one other.
In defeat Lady now speaking full sentences says she will help Johnny . And gives her some power. Now with each victory Johnny power of Malice grows but that doesn’t stop here as he also gains more access to other forces such as the grimes used and more. For instance he gains a spell that allows him to use all hex elements at once and an attack that allows him to attack with Either and Malice raw. This will be his boast. This will be how he grows. But as to whether these characters should die again I don’t know. Let m know what you think.
