Legend Of Dragoon Remake is the hope of fans who have played and fallen in love with the game from the PS1. And with rumors and ideas the game might be getting a remake we have been looking the idea as to what it would be like. Today we will be tackling the idea of Dragoon Magic ?
First lets begin with what dragoon magic is. Dragoon magic is the strongest attack you have for characters. This type magic only used in dragoon form with character having different spells as they have different dragons and there for different elements. The elements cover the whole range even non elemental once you get to the end.
The magic you can used has the character unleashing that dragon power in different ways. For example Dart uses fire magic while Rose uses dark which can not only hit you with dark magic but also drain life from the enemy and give it to the party or a person. This gives you a small idea of the different between them.
But now how would this change in the remake. I can see this happening in 2 ways which will most likely happen given how remakes are done. First we will get new animation. Technology has grown and so to has what we can do with animation in videogames. There for we will get the same spells as now they have become iconic but they will probably look different.
The other way will be getting new spells. We are talking about artist and although they want to bring back the original as best they can. So most likely we will get 1 or 2 new spells per character I hope to make everything even. The spells will most likely run the gambit of weak to strong depending on when the characters gets so we will get a nice variety.
Now I should say this that the ultimate power for all of the dragoons is to summon your dragon for an attack. Now will that change? It might as they could treat like a summons and have the dragon out the same way Final Fantasy VII Remake did. Basically that means have the dragon out until it attacks.
Or they can have the dragon come in to ways. Basically the summons where they did it classically or in a new way you will have to unlock. That last part might be fun as there other many and different ways this can be done. Through facing dragoons of old or completing task for the character allowing for such a thing.
But those are my thoughts. Let me know what you think about this as we wait and hopefully Legend Of Dragoon remake announced.
