We have discussed the possibility of Samurai Shodown team might be in The King Of Fighters XV before. But Nabil of NeoGeo Now has posted a video where he shows more evidence that it might be a possibility.
Nabil discusses how The King Of Fighters A New Beginning latest chapter shows Nakoruru calling forth an entity or person that is Haohmaru. Because KOF AB will be used as a based for KOF XV chances are we might see this carry on into the game with a Samurai Shodown team. A team that according to SNK wanted to put into there KOF games for awhile but it never happened due to time constraints.
This rumored team would comprised of Nakoruru, Haohmaru and Galford. Keep in mind we have seen 2 of them already appear. Meaning that we have most of the team already in story maybe. I am saying maybe as the Haohmaru we see is all white entity so we cannot tell if this his spirit or aura that is answering Nakoruru prayers or not.
Also we don’t know how much of the story will go into KOF XV. Keep in mind Muimui and Love Heart have yet to appear and they were on Nakoruru team. So this might happen but we are not sure. It is a theory.
