Capcom is in a remaking mood as we see with Resident Evil. Many are thinking that a Resident Evil 4 Remake will be a thing eventually. As such they asked Shinji Mikami his thoughts as he directed the original. Shinji seems okay with it so long as it is good.
“As long as it turns out good I have no issues with it. I saw a video of the Resident Evil 2 Remake and I thought it was very good.I think they’re going to continue to remake these games since they’re selling well. Shinji Mikami
Now Re 4 remake is a rumor at the moment. But given how well RE2 Remake and RE3 Remake did I wouldn’t be surprised if they have already begun working on it. At the very least they are planning on it. We will see.
