Bungou Stray Dogs Beast Ch 5 Condition is out and we will be going over it. Since this is a breakdown there will be spoilers. So if you do not want to be spoiled stop now and check out the chapter or wait for the official release. AGAIN SPOILERS AHEAD.
Now we will be looking at ch 5 which has Akutagawa as a member of the agency asking them for help tracking down his sister Gin. Gin in this spin off is at with the port mafia as she is in the main series. The difference in this instance though is that is that during an attack her and Akutagawa were separated by the man in black.
Well if you want help from the armed detective agency you usually only go to once person to slove mysteries and that is Rampo. I mean lets face it he is the best detective among them in the main series and that holds true here. But the issue here is that it is as hard as before to get him to do the case.
For anyone who doesn’t know Rampo is based on Sherlock Holmes. He has his intelligence as which is good and bad. Good in we needs his brains but bad as he will not due a mystery because it bores him. If you are a sherlock fan you know this very well but here is worse since Rampo solves things almost in an instant.
Good for Akutagawa though Rampo will do it if he does a card where he gets a stamp from all the members. Of course Akutagawa just thinks about killing them all to get there stamps. Remember positions have changed not his personalities. He gets a few until he gets to Kenji and this is were things get taxing as Rampo for shadows harsh things in his future.
Now Kenji is a country boy and that is where he brings Akutagawa and are dear man in white finds he isn’t physical up for such things. That is the case with Akutagawa as he is more about his ability rather than his normal combat skills.
For that he realizes on his ability since it is so versatile. As such he uses it here and gets done in no problem. It even gets to the point where we see Akutagawa facing off with a tractor. How that goes we will have to wait and find out who is better at crops.
