Mortal Kombat XI Aftermath Scorpion Buffs

Mortal Kombat XI Aftermath came with balance adjustments as well as new characters. Some of those adjustments went to Scorpion who has been buffed.  Some of these buffs according to the video below are crazy. How good are they? Check it out and see for yourselves.
