Tomorrow is the PlayStation 5 reveal event. Something gamers have been looking for to see what will separate it from Xbox Series X and what will bring to the Sony fan base. With all of this excitement you can understand there is a lot of expectation. Which brings me to you the viewer to ask what are you hoping to see tomorrow.
Are you one of the people who are waiting to see next gen games? Currently we have not seen anything that says next gen too much. I say that as most of the games for next gen although running on either of those consoles doesn’t look like anything the PS4 and Xbox One most updated version cannot pull off. Thus we have fans look for those games. The games that will show what the system can really do. This was only further teased with Unreal engine 5 which gave us a small idea. Small idea. As the engine was shown off you must understand it is a starting part that some might not start with but others will used it to go further. Also it isn’t used in development for games we will see tomorrow so that still leaves what we think is next gen for Sony up in the air as to what actual next gen looks like.
Or are you one of the people who want to see if the rumors are true. If the system will handle more than just PS5 and PS4 games. Sony hasn’t said yes or not to it. They have only avoid speaking any further. For those who say it is a tech issue the rumor says the tech in the PlayStation 5 can handle emulators that should do be able to allow the system to play games from older generations. This was a selling point up until the PS4 when that wasn’t a thing anymore. With rumors still spreading that it is happening we can only hope that Sony has there own way to allow you to play old games to compete with Xbox Series X.
Then there are the reboots. Every week we here of a new one in the works for the console from the rumor mill. We started with a Legend of Dragoon Remake and Demon Souls Remaster. Now we have Silent Hill, Bloody Roar reboots to go long with Jak and Daxter and Resistance remasters. This shows the system will be the come back of many franchises which has only gotten long time fans of Sony even more hyped. Many games have there own fan bases and with lets plays have gained more fans and more demand to return. How many actually will is something to look forward too.
So many things but it is something we will wait for to see how it will work out. As well as is coming. Let me know your thoughts below.
