It seems as though we are discovering more difference between Digimon Adventure and the reboot. The digi wold in the original was one world with place that weren’t to well explained. In the reboot the world is one world but it is layered. Also time is the same in both the digital world and real world. Before they were different hence why the group was thrown off when the got back. Small difference that can have big impact as the series moves forward.
