Shadow Hearts fans are praying for there series return. As we pray, wish and hope for it to return in glory I would like to ask what If it did. What if we got a Shadow Hearts Remaster/HD of the original to play on current or next gen consoles? If so then what would you change?
Now when I saw change I do not mean a new scene or gameplay. That would be a remake. What I am talking about are modern changes you think the game would need know. Changes such as save anywhere which would make dungeons some what easier and turbo mode to speed up animation. Again to make traversing this world easier.
I would also like some more voice over in more scenes. Nothing to do with the camera but when we have something story wise I would like the impact of the voice there. Similar to in Covenant how if it was serious or worthy of it we got voice over. If not you can read it if you want. Scenes such as the one below would work for that regard to me.
I think 2 other modes would be needed here as well. New Game plus and hard mode would be 2 things I think would make this game more modern. This will give us replay ability as well as something else with new game plus. New Game Plus can allow the extras to be worked. You see there were ideas left out such as getting to play as Albert or Kawashima. We know this as images of this have surfaced online.
Lastly trophies as everyone has them as they are necessity. That and photo mode will do it for this one. But those are my ideas. Let me know yours as we await the return of this game. Next time we will talk about HD for Covenant.
