Hitman Reborn was recently mentioned by Anime News Network as 1 of the top 5 anime series that deserve a reboot. And while I believe it does deserve to return I don’t think it needs a reboot. All it needs is to be finished.
Hitman reborn was a bout a a famous hitman named reborn who was trapped in a baby body. He was famed for being a famous mafia tutor that for the series was busy teaching Tsuna how to be a boss. Or at least a respectable one.
The anime adapted most of the manga leaving out the 2 last arcs. But we kept getting teased that one day they would fix that. The teases came in the form of drama cds talking about the next arc or seeing the anime keep getting referenced. This would put Reborn to be going through what Bleach did as it kept getting referenced such as in games but nothing every happened with it.
So the idea of a remake seems a big much when we really just need a 2 season series to bring everything to a close. I am saying that as that is what fans want. To see Tsuna and the other story get told to its fullest instead of being left in anime limbo.
Hopefully that happens as it deserves it and so to does it fans. Will it happen I do not know as the fans have been waiting for it. But given as how everyone is looking at the series that deserve a 2nd chance so much that maybe Tsuna and Reborn can get theirs. Maybe then the Vogolia family can get the ending they deserve.
