The God Of High School is a fast paced anime that fans are enjoying but some are asking if it is moving too fast? This is being asked by fans who noticed not all the source material is being used for the episodes we are seeing right now. Which shows this question will not be easy to answer.
This will not be easy due two things. 1 the episodes seem to be using multiple chapters at once. Now to be fair this is common as some times more than one chapter is adapted to an episode. But GOH cases we are looking at 6-7 chapters it seems. Something that thinking about you are might be saying we are moving to fast as we a probably skipping things.
The problem is the 2nd issue and it shows the anime won’t just be combing chapters and maybe skipping material but also skipping around. Meaning elements we see in one chapter that seem to be skipped will be shown in another point. This may through the order of how things unfold if you are following the material out the window. But it doesn’t answer the question we are asking.

In order to get the right answer we need to see if material that is vital to the story is being skipped. We do have have a quick case of things being skipped such as how the executives meet Jin, Mira and Han overall but it was touched on in ep 2 just not in the big way we say in chapter each one had.
However in some case we do have scenes being changed out but the context kept. Such as on the bridge when Mira losses her sword. She loses it the chapter after a biker gang bomb goes off and when Jin rushes her to the ground to save her it goes over the railing. In the anime she loses because of Jin slippery fingers. The scene is changed but the understanding the 3 main share is kept.
But when it comes to story we have Mansuk who story was cut off. We saw in the anime how he meet someone who changed him in the worse ways. In the Webtoon it was deeper than that given us full look back. The same thing god for Gon. Mansuk it was seeing his childhood and it was like for him seeing what happen to his mom. Gon we see how this old man influenced him to practice martial arts.
It shows character story but they aren’t vital for telling the main plot. But we also have the discussion about Jin level jumping from 6 -13 just because he uses his feet which might still come up that makes this hard to say if we are missing vital things
