Fena Pirate Princess is a new anime in the works for Crunchyroll and Adult Swim. IG Production is the one behind the animation which you might notice as the animation fits there style. The animation itself reminds me of Samurai Shamploo which makes sense we see a Asian pirate crew that leans towards Japan. With that said you can check out the video below to see get an idea of what I am talking about as well as what they have planned as the developers have a message for us after the trailer which is why it is longer then 2 minutes.
