One of the companies that will be at the Japan Fighting Game Publisher Roundtable will be Tecmo Koei. To be more precise director Shimbori of Dead Or Alive 6 will be there.
Now this event happening this weekend is basically looking to be the place to reveal fighting game news since we don’t have EVO this year. (We all know why and we will leave it there.) But the interesting thing wondering what will Shimbori announce at the event?
Will it be Dead Or Alive 6 DLC? Given they said they will no longer support it the game which means no DLC that seems unlikely. So what then? Perhaps it will be another version of DOA6. The same way we had last round for Dead Or Alive 5.
Now I am only suggesting it as that is the only thing I can think off other then a new fighting game itself. It will be odd if they announce a new Ninja Gaiden game or Dead Or Alive 7. This is a fighting game event so we mostly thinking fighting games only. Plus it would seem weird to announced that when we are still looking at Nioh 2 support. As for a DOA7 it will be too soon so I would like to say the a new version of DOA6 is likely to be announced.
Now can I be wrong absolutely. Would I be happy if we do get a new Ninja Gaiden announcement or a DOA7. We will have to see what comes out of this weekend.
