Super Dragon Ball Heroes is introducing Super Full Power Limit Breakthrough Super Saiyan 4. The new form is being introduced as Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta face off with Janemba and his new upgraded form. Well today we learn the sources of the new form is a power boast from DBS Goku and Vegeta to face off with the DBZ fusion reborn enemy.
