Street Fighter V Champion Edition is getting Rose, Dan Oro and Akira as part as season 5 as we have learned today. Well we might be wondering how they will play we are getting some ideas of that from Capcom as they gives us some idea as to how they want to characters to play. Or for the most part how they intend have them play.
“Beginning with Dan, they actually released an extended look at his gameplay footage featuring a number of his most iconic moves brought into SF5 along with some new toys as well.
Hibiki even has a new move called the Danretsuken according to the PS Blog which is the multi-punch attack seen in the footage that originates from his Ultra Street Fighter 4 Omega Mode moves along with an improved version of his classic roll taunt. They also tease the taunt may be tied to either his V-Trigger or V-Skill.
The official press release for Rose states her tarot cards will make an appearance which will arm her “with a variety of unique special moves and plans to channel all of her Soul Power energy” into her new playable version.
Oro’s appeared in the SF5 character stories for years at this point, and now he finally makes his playable return. The PS Blog reveals that instead of fighting with one hand behind his back like Street Fighter 3, he’ll actually fight while balancing the turtle shown in his illustration.
Rival Schools finally receives its first representative in Street Fighter with Akira Kazama though the people working on updating her for her first appearance in almost 20 years only have a little to say about her now:
“We are currently developing Akira so that we utilize Rival School’s originality as well as incorporating new ways to play,” says Capcom in the PS Blog posts. “We can’t wait to share more on how Akira’s playstyle will evolve for Street Fighter 5!””
Now Capcom has released an extended version of Dan gameplay. Check that out as we look see more art for the characters.
