One Piece is the story of Luffy as he travels the world for One Piece to become king of the pirates. But as we go on we constantly get hints of Dragon being his father but what about his mother. Well Oda the creator says that will not happen as this is about when Luffy left home.
“Luffy’s adventure began after he left his mother’s arms. I want to tell this young man’s story, so [his] mom is not part of it.” Oda
So people wondering what she is like will have to keep guessing it seems.
