We have had rumored leaks on The King Of Fighters XV. These are rumors gives us teams and gameplay. But as we see these as false truths with some just messing with the KOF community we must ask are they completely wrong.
You see above various guess who will be in and in truth we don’t know until SNK shows us outside of the main stays like Kyo, Iori, Terry, K and so on. But for every character list that is wrong we might be getting something true.
For instance the 4 chan leak ( yes i know it is 4chan but just bare with me for argument sake here) points to gameplay mechanics that have been mentioned before such as ex working outside max mode. The mode for instance would return to how it was during kof xiii as an hd cancel which is what the fans want.
The buffs and no buffs thing is new but given that this is a new installment we might be getting new mechanics. Will those mechanics be this blinking red for buffs and yellow blinks? I do not know but that might be a thing.
Intros are another element we want. The conversation are one thing but the intros from past game also had a flair that fighting game fans love and SNK fans hope return. The intros were quick flash statements showing the character knew each other. Either as they wanted to kill one another or just wanted to see who was stronger. We also get the return of teams in the back ground reacting to your match.
Again fans want this as we do have proof SNK has been trying to get intros back with KOF XIV but giving up and then bring them really back in samurai shodown but not in the same way.
These sounds interesting as well as good giving how fans wanting. Yes they are coming from rumors but when I cover rumors you must remember. We might get all true, little truth or none. Most of the time we have been saying none. But what if we are wrong and that we might be getting some truth from some of the rumors.
I doesn’t have to be planned as it could just simple be a lucky guest they they come up with how SNK will handle max mode and ex as well as intros. But it can still happen and need to keep an open mind with that.
