Today SNK announced a beta test for The King Of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match for Rollback netcode. This has the fan base hyped as they have been asking for the game to this update for awhile. But this leads to a question. Does this mean The King Of Fighters XV will have rollback?
It is something we should ask as that is the next project and with SNK doing this we can’t help but think rollback for KOF XV is somewhere on the checking list. At best that is the way we can see this. See this is the best word as we don’t know if SNK will be able to pull it of for KOF XV but with each game in there catalog they update with rollback netcode you can see it becoming not just a good idea they should but something they can and will do.
But those are my thoughts let me know yours as we await more news from SNK.
