So the first season of The God Of High is over and it was a rush. The anime is a nice martial arts story. The anime was well done with each attack and effect selling the impact of the movie.
The down side for me would be the story. In the anime it makes sense as it is easier to follow as compared to the webtoon where a lot if happening. But for fans of the series they might feel things were skipped that might explain something in order to keep things going.
For instance the reason why Mujin takes interest in Mori after learning who his grandfather is makes more sense in the webtoon since they explain where as here it isn’t explained about the 2 history.
But that is a small thing since it sells the story very well. It was a nice anime that was very entertaining to watch and I can’t wait to see what they do for season 2. but those are my thoughts. Let me know yours as we await to see the anime return.
