Dragon Ball Super Ch 65 Son Goku The Human is out and we will be breaking it down. Since this is a breakdown there will be spoilers. If you do not want to be spoiled then please stop now and go check out the chapter over at Viz Media as well as other chapters from the series and Shonen.
Okay so lets take a look at this chapter. Now we know fans aren’t to happy with this all because of how this starts out that with Goku having the upper hand but then gives Moro a chance. Now no fan like this as we have Moro getting that chance as Goku gives him a senzu bean and attacking him. It doesn’t work but it is the whole fact that we are again in a situation that Goki gives the villain a chance and he tries to kill him for it.
Now according to the editor this was suppose to be them trolling us but that didn’t work as this went the way many thought in the fact that things only got worse and they do as Goku believes he only has ultra instinct and thus Moro has no chance. What Goku forgot as well as some fans is that Moro hand did get the back of Merus neck allowing him to copy his power.
Now to be clear Moro gets a lot more than just Ultra Instinct. Moro gets a level of god ki that Goku has yet to face. Whis has been training him but that is sparing. That is not him facing someone wielding god ki to destroy them.
This hits at one thing we see as the point of the chapter. The point I thought was to show the limits of ultra instinct. Instead though we see it was shown to show the limits of god ki as Moro can’t handle the power he gained from Merus.
The only thing about this is that Moro even though he is playing tough has no idea of the power he has and as such has no idea that if explodes at critical mass then so to does the galaxy. As Goku gets this information Moro fuses with the planets making things more complicated. Now i said Vegeta might be an answer here with his defusing technique. At the same time I don’t know if he can do that to the whole planet. So we will have to see what the creators have in store as fans hope they make the ending to this fight pay off for this.
