Konami recently filed trademark for Bloody Roar in the Us. This has fans hyped as the filing for a videogame not a panchinko one may mean we get the series revived. The thing is fans are hesitant and I would like to talk about why that might be the case.

Now lets say we get a game out of this as that too is not clear if this will lead to a game or not. If so we might get a new game or a collection. A collection of the old games in one place with high resolution and online will be nice to have and fans of the series will like it. There is just one issue. Their is a chance it might be used to see if they should make a new game.

For anyone new to this videogame companies have used collections to gage if it is worth making a new installment. Considering it coast more to make a new game then gather up the old ones it is understandable. The issue with this is that it is not a good way to measure the fans. Big fans of the game will not see a point in getting this as they probably kept the original. Those fans who do get it will get as convivence as a way to have it all in one place so they don’t have to switch systems or a replacement for the one they lost.

So in order to get a real revival fans are hoping that this is signs for a new installment. Whether it be a continuation or a reboot we just a new game to get the fighting gamers who love the game on board as well give new fans a reason to get excited. I hope that helps those who might be confused. Let me know what you think.
