We have a brutality for Mileena in Mortal Kombat XI. Mileena has always had the ability to eat people. With bits of Baraka in her you can understand why. Well they have tuned it down so she doesn’t eat you whole any more. But she still can eat your head as we see here with Sindel in this new brutality.
