Noblesse Ep 5 A Friend’s Hand/ Fight For is out now and we will be breaking it down. Since this is will be a breakdown there will be spoilers. If you do not want to be spoiled then stop now and go check out the episode as well as past episode over at Crunchyroll.com. AGAIN SPOILER AHEAD.
Okay so to recap Hammer and Shark have capture Regis thinking he has some ties to the Noblesse using Manabu and Yu. (Forgive me with name I am still getting used to them so there will be a few difference as I get used to this.) With them capture it makes things rough for M 21 who was using the information he had as leverage so Da 5 would get the names of his friends aka the other modified humans. But with Regis here it throws that deal if now out the window into jeopardy.
Now with Regis awake his link with Seria is restored and she knows where he is and is going to get him. The fact she tells this to Frankenstein and Raziel makes you think that she might have some clue as to who he is or that there is no harm as they can erase there memory. At least they believe so. But with Manabu and Yu not arriving at the house as well when they were supposed to arrive with Regis they 2 soon follow after her.
As help is on the way we have things get interesting as Manabu and Yu wake and we see Da 5 split here as we see Tao and Takeo are trying to keep the humans safe while the rest of the team could careless. We see them crack up with Crane the leader say to kill the humans. This comes up interestingly as they mention they have something to make them forget a drug that if they have it with them you can believe it works. Yet Crane doesn’t to chance it and instead want them killed. This might be because the drug doesn’t work 100% of the time. All the same Taeko and Tao try to change there minds. As this happens Seria arrives and meets Hammer.
This is fight is as one sided as you think namely due to the fact that we know there is a power difference. Here it is very big as Hammer attacks with all of his explosions are not working. this forces Crane to send Taeko to see what is up and we see that as he leaves M 21 decides to make his move and attack Shark. The only thing is we know that M -21 has no chance of stopping shark.
As the fight breaks out down stairs Takeo faces off with Frankenstein who for the most part does do a good job as he holds him off. Keep in mind based on the 1st episode we know that the modified humans are similar to Frankenstein but how is not clear yet. But things shift to the fight downstairs as with M 21 getting beaten up so badly Regis steps in. Now we know how this will go thanks to the last episode which showed the drug that DA 5 uses makes them stronger but not enough to give Regis a big problem. Yet seeing this made Crane step into the fight and he reveals something.
The drug that they were using was actually meant to make them ease to absorb to make Crane stronger. This was kept from the team but this boost allows Cranes to be a threat to the Regis. As the battle went with Regis not making an head way we see Raziel enter and we know things will not go well when gets started. But that is it for now. Let me know what you think.
