Nomura is teasing about new titles for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. These would be Kingdom Heart games that he hopefully brings to the systems. It is one of many subjects he touched during an interview.
“In an interview with Dengeki about Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory, series director Tetsuya Nomura was asked about the possibility of a PS5 and Xbox Series X Kingdom Hearts title. He mentions that famous titles have already been announced for the PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles and that a new Kingdom Hearts would more than likely arrive late in the new console generation. He goes on to mention that the game itself would need to be “stunning.” Additionally, Nomura mentions that there hasn’t even been an announcement that they are planning to make a Kingdom Hearts game for either console and that planning itself is tentative.”
Now the questions is when will we see these games become real and that is hard to say. Hopefully not to long.
