The movie skins for Mortal Kombat XI Ultimate are winners as long term fans loving playing the movie version of Raiden, Johnny and Sonya. So why stop there? Eventhubs.net is asking for more movie skins as we have a few more characters to bring to the table. Eventhubs suggest skins for Kano, Kintana and Liu Kang with there respected actors here is why.
Talisa Soto as Kitana

The first character we’d hope to see get another MK film makeover is none other than Princess Kitana, played by Talisa Soto in the 1995 film. Soto was much more of a sage than a fighter in the first film, having only one fight scene that was much more about secret communication with Liu Kang than it is a physical contest.
That said, Soto plays the role with elegance and grace, and would surely be an addition widely welcomed by fans. Her black leather costume isn’t the most elaborate, but it’s plenty beautiful and would work just fine in the MK11 universe.Robin Shou as Liu Kang

Robin Shou was a massive contributor to the overall success of the Paul W. S. Anderson flick, and his face is the first that comes to mind for many when they hear the name “Liu Kang.”
A white tank top and some dusty black pants really aren’t anything to write home about, but again, this is much more about the nostalgia factor. Hearing Shou’s voice once again representing the series’ main protagonist would be reason enough alone to spend a few bucks to nab this skin.Trevor Goddard as Kano

This one is a bit more complicated as Trevor Goddard, the actor who played Kano, tragically passed away back in 2003 from an accidental drug overdose. Obviously NRS would not be able to get Goddard’s voice for an OG Kano skin, which is especially sad considering how much the actor actually influenced the evolution of the character.
Fans who have paid extra close attention will know that Kano started out looking a good bit different with a shaved head in his initial video game appearances. There was also no original intention for him to be Australian, but Goddard, and English actor, chose to do an Australian accent and use Aussie mannerisms for his portrayal of Kano.
This version of the character was so memorable (despite his dying off somewhat early in the film) that developers of future games used it as a basis for Kano moving forward. He now has the same style of hair Goddard had in the film, and is officially Australian.
Goddard’s performance was slimy, uneducated, and brutal. Yes, we would have to settle for imitations of his voice and facial features, but paying homage to the actor who did so much for Kano’s development in this way would be a nice nod to his legacy. He doesn’t fight in it, but that thrown on vest he sports during his dinner table conversation with Goro would be awesome to see in MK11.
