Granblue Versus is getting a new update with version 2.21. The new version will changes a few things such nerfing Belial. To see all the changes check out the patch notes here to see what is up.
Gran
Hurtbox
• Minimized the hurtbox around his arms and legs, putting him in line with other characters. (This affects standing state, walking forward, walking back, turning around, stopping, jump startup, backdash (no change to landing), standing guard, dodge roll and spot dodge)
Power Raise
• Made the time to progress from no charge -> Level 1 charge and Level 1 charge -> Level 2 charge shorter.
Medium Overdrive Surge
• Adjusted so that when he hits his opponent in the startup, the grounded hurt time is longer. This makes it so that he can no longer get punished on hit.
• Increased the hitstop on this move on counter hit, giving it more advantage.

Narmaya
Close Standing Heavy (Freeflutter)
• Startup is now faster.
Transient (Light and Medium versions)
• Added pre-emptive input window to moves that can be cancelled to from this, putting the cancel timing in line with the EX version (the actual startup time for the moves has not been changed).
Medium Kyokasuigetsu (Transient-cancelled version)

Djeeta
Far standing light
• The hitbox at the tip has been enlarged, making it easier to hit crouching opponents.
Overdrive Surge
• Startup is now faster. Due to her rising to the air faster there’s been some small changes to distance travelled (There has been no change to hitstun or blockstun).
EX Reginleiv
• Recovery has been decreased, putting its movement time in line with the light and medium versions.
• The hitstop on the third hit has been shortened (due to lower recovery, the overall advantage has not been changed).
Vorpal Blade (Medium Version, EX Version)
• The input window for followup attacks has been lengthened, meaning you can now cancel to them later.
Light Vorpal Blade
• Startup is now faster.

Belial
Autocombo
• The timing at which he moves forward has been slowed down. The distance travelled has not been changed.
Far Standing Heavy
• The hurtbox behind him while moving has been enlarged.
• The second hit has had its attack level lowered.
Everyone’s A Little Crooked
• The damage from easy input has been lowered from 650 to 350 (Heavy version to 400)
• The damage from the technical version has been lowered from 750 to 450 (Heavy version to 500)
• When used from EX Goetia, the projectile will now disappear when Belial takes damage or blocks.
Everyone’s A Little Crooked (Light and Medium versions)
• Recoveery has been increased.
Everyone’s A Little Crooked (Heavy version)
• Startup is now slower.
• Blockstun and grounded hitstun has been decreased. There has been no change to airborne hitstun.
EX Notoria
• The height at which opponents are launched as well as their distance has been adjusted, making it so that the opponent lands further away from Belial (the overall wakeup time has not been changed).
• The easy input version has had its blowback distance increased even further than the regular version.

Cagliostro
Autocombo
• The timing at which she moves forward has been slowed down. The distance travelled has not been changed.
Airborne Mehen
• Airborne Mehen will no longer come out with a down input in the air, making it easier for Cagliostro to correctly get Airborne Spare Body when wanting to do so.
Everything’s Coming Up Cagliostro
• The close range hit window has been enlarged, putting it in line with what is standard for other character’s Super Skybound Arts.
