Fire Force Season 2 Ep 24/48 Signs Of Upheaval is out and we will be breaking it down. Since this is a breakdown there will be spoilers. If you do not want to be spoiled stop now and go check out the episode over at Crunchyroll.com and Funimation. AGAIN SPOILERS AHEAD.
Okay So we are still training with Athur and Shinra as Shinmon has pushing themselves to the breaking point which despite Shinmon saying it might be hazing serves a purpose. 1 is comedy as this nuts but 2 it is to push these to 2 the limit. It happens in fighting anime or action a lot where the characters in order to go beyond have to push themselves.
But so far this was meant to make sure they are spent. The finally push is from Shinmon who seems to enjoy it a bit too much. Tamaki is watching (and somehow keeping her clothes) to watch her fellow crew men get beaten by the captain to the point they can barely stand up.
Now this harsh but it does have them reach the effect of reach this historical strength of power. We see this as mentally they find the reason to fight. The reason to press even when they have nothing left so they can survive. For Shinra it brings him back to the fire that separated. For Arthur we don’t know as we were focused on Shinra but both achieve it.
Now we don’t know what this will give them in the form of power for anyone interested as they just stood there once they achieved it. All we get is the look and description from Tamaki who says it is quit but hot. Now during this point Shinra is having an Adola link and see the captain of the 4th who is being killed.
The captain death is from the white clad who are killing all those scared by Adolla which why they went after Konkoro. Now why they are doing that it is unclear but the fire force is now on notice as they morn and take this into account that there enemy is after more than those of the adola burst. But as we see the group we see someone new. That is Yona so that we are clear so he isn’t new but what is interesting is that Sho is with them and not under mind control. Yes this is basically from the 1st opening of the season.
Now as company 8 takes this in we see Obi mentions something important in that they have brought the fire force together and are showing a united front against the white clad. Keep in mind they fought alone as the companies were more like gangs then a unified front. So that is a big accomplishment
Now as the fire force prepares we see that things are about to get crazier as Haumea is taking in the information i guess from the Evangelist and she does so we see the moon change to the moon from soul eater. Does this tie the series together or are we seeing something else entirely? We will have to wait till season 3 to know for sure.
