Cyberpunk 2077 Developer Refunding Out Of There Own Pocket

Cyberpunk 2077 is having so many issues people are asking for a refund. This is happening at all retailers and across consoles. So it has gotten to the point that CD projekt red has said it will pay out of pocket for the refunds. Yes we were getting refunds before but that was supposed to be from Sony and Microsoft which it seems has changed.
