Microsoft Wants Xbox Drifting Lawsuit Thrown Out

Microsoft is looking to throw out a lawsuit as they brought to court over drift. Microsoft is looking to have it thrown out as it violates the terms the consumer agreed to which it would rely on dealing with Microsoft to get taken care of instead of going through the legal system.

“Plaintiffs repeatedly agreed not to bring a lawsuit like this in court. Instead, they assented to the Microsoft Services Agreement and to warranty agreements in which they promised they would arbitrate disputes on an individual basis using a consumer-friendly process before the American Arbitration Association. The Federal Arbitration Act requires enforcing these agreements,” Microsoft

I will let you know if anything changes as it stands right now we don’t know what will happen with the case but if I hear anything I will let you know.
