Shuiesha has put the copyright police into effect and are going after people posting there stuff. The issue is this is not precise. You see along with pirated images the 3rd party they have doing this also went after fans for posting fan art as well as reviews. One of the people they went after was in fact an artist who made promotional work for them.
So right now we have a shotgun solution to something that needs precision. At the moment it is rough but everyone thinks this will be straighten out soon. So just make sure not post anything for the moment as they are on twitter checking. Also this is not just for manga but for anime as well so watch out.
