Street Fighter V has a new clip where we see Broski Dhalsim take down a Birdie life bar. I should point out it isn’t his entire life bare as before the clip Dhalishim got a few hits in. At the same time you can see the dizzy gauge fill so with the combo it might have worked on full we would have to see but you can check it out here.
