The rumor was true for Street Fighter V Champion Edition as we are getting a new outfit. It is Akuma as gets to dress up as Ex Layer Garuda. The man know for spikes will act differently and will have lava for flesh in some places now. But if you wanted more Street Fighter EX this is as close as you will get. Look for him January 12th.
