The King Of Fighters XV reveal trailer showed us how good the game will look as the graphics blew many fans away as it look good. But it was only the beginning showing us footage from the early days of the build. So besides how SNK will show what the final build will look like we must ask what else will they show us in the next trailer?
Besides the more of the roaster being revealed there is a good chance we will be seeing more on gameplay. The reveal showed us some moves but it you look at it it seems we say reanimated level 3 supers with the exception of Kyo as I am not sure and Mai who not only seems to have a new one or different one from KOF XIV but she also showed off her normal super. For the other we saw the move start up in one scene and then used in another as Shun showed of a new move from the manga. With only supers fans want to know how the game will play?
Wil it be with more like 2002 with XIII which would leave us with ex moves coasting one bar and max mode only for special move cancels? Or will it be like XIV with ex moves still tied to the max mode. Or will it be something else? We need to see.
Or will they show more story. We seem have something of a story mode hinted at here. Yes it is only a cutscene and it is at a party with Kyo and Benimaru attending. But this shot some sort of cinematics other than opening ,villain entrance and ending. If that is the case then that is a lot more story then we get out of most KOF’s.
Speaking of cinematics does this mean we will only get a animated opening or endings as well. Keep in mind we now there will be a quick anime to show off the cast for the game. The starting cast as don’t forget that we will have DLC for this game. But will that be all. The Fatal Fury trilogy beloved by SNK fans and with the director on hand why not have him and what studio will do some animated endings.
Now we still don’t have a release date for the next trailer other than what the reveal said which was that it would be released this week. Hopefully that will be on time but you never know. Lets hope for the best as well as more with the KOF XV. But let me know your thoughts on who we will see and what will be shown in the next trailer as we wait for more news.
