Xbox Game Studios Developers Is Working Secretive Next-Gen First-Person RPG

Is Microsoft working on a new first person RPG. This is coming as we see a tweet from Inxile Entertainment are hiring. The job listing points to this game being an rpg which is something the company had not done before.

An important position is available for what I think will be a special game.
