This is now being asked by Nabil of Neogeo Now as more fans think this have been an early hint. I thought it was graphics but it could be hinting at Raiden return. Now this isn’t just some random image this is on SNK recruitment page to show what type of work they were doing at the time. So it might have more than one meaning.
