Tekken 7 is known for great gameplay but not so great online. Something players have been asking for them to change. Well now Harda has come out and say they are working on how to improve the online.
“With the rise of eSports, COVID-19 shifted player attention toward the online aspect of [Tekken 7]. I think players weren’t necessarily forced to move to online play, but rather is just something that comes naturally with the frequency of eSports done online. Which is why we are currently working on an update to improve the online experience, and liven up the scene in a different way than usual.”
This was part of an interview put out by Namco Bandia which you can see below. Now as for where this will lead it can go in a number of ways. Does this mean rollback or are the team trying to find there own method? We will have to see as the tekken community wait for good online.
