If you are new here this is Unbelievable a story that take place on another earth that has just survived a war with another dimension called Heaven Shadows. The war which was dubbed the chaos war had left its mark on earth in many ways. To help deal with this Highest Guard was formed to handle all things Heaven Shadows.
