One Piece 5th Gear Incoming

One Piece has Luffy taking on Kadou. But it seems 4th gear will not be enough so its seems Luffy will be need apower boast and Oda is teasing its arrival. Yes Luffy is getting 5th gear a new form. No clue what it will look like or what power it will have but it is coming.
