Killer Instinct Arbiter & Tusk

We were told awhile back that Halo Arbiter will be coming to Killer Instinct season 3. Well it seems their was more news to that in the trailer as an extend version of Arbiter trailer shows a tease for Tusk one of the old character we were told would join in season 3 along with Kim. You can see the trailer to see what was left out.
