Jojo Bizarre Adventure Diamond Is Unbreakable has a new voice actor for a new character. Kira the series big bad voice actor for Toonami has been revealed. DC Douglas best known for Resident Evil Albert Wesker is taking up the role. This is how fans found out through twitter.
