Street Fighter V Champion Edition has more additional patch notes becoming available. This info is for Alex, Kolin, Kage, Cammy and Lucia. It also only retains to one move from the 5 characters mentioned as you will see. These were discovered by fans as these were not in the originally patch notes.

Cammy
Axel Spin Knuckle (V-Skill)
• The hurtbox and throw hurtbox have expanded forward during frames 1F – 3F.
Alex
M Slash Elbow
• Overall movement frames decreased from 19F to 18F.
Kolin
EX Hailstorm (Normal/V-Trigger 2)
• Changed so that the first hit eliminates up to two of the opponent’s projectiles.
Kage
Misogi (V-Trigger 2)
• Decreased the startup from 33F to 30F.
Lucia
– EX Cyclone Spinner
V Expanded the upwards collision box during the final hit.
