The King Of Fighters XV latest trailer shocked us by showing Iori. A trailer which has been seen the most so far. But as we look at Kyo eternal rival we wonder who will join him in the latest tournament. We will talk about that now
First of lets go for the one everyone wants on Iori team Chizuru Kagura. The 3 sacred treasure is one fans have been wanting to see in action again since the last we played her in 2003. Team Yagami ending in XIV has fans hyped that is what we will see again.
Now there is a question if she comes back how will she work in the story. This team is mostly been summoned to seal Orochi which they did already so what is bring them together now? Resealing Orochi isn’t the only reason. As we saw in the Ash saga if someone is trying to use his power in any way it gives them a call to come together. Plus we might get a new spiritual threat that is forcing them to reunite for all we know. I mean the fact that Orochi was inside Verse when he was supposed to be sealed makes you wonder how he got there and this might answer that.
Next is the possibility it is Vice and Mature again. Iori doesn’t really have a traditional team on he goes with. Can’t be helped since he attacks his own team members. Proof is that he killed Vice and Mature in 96. He was in his riot of blood state but it still counts. But they came back in XIII and XIV all the same. So we might be getting that again in this new entry.
But that leaves us with one thing and that is new members. Having 1 new member in an old team is the best way to introduce someone to the game. So for example we might have Iori, Mature and a new member or we might get Iori and 2 new members one should never under estimated the new entries.
With that said I am hearing more on Chizuru for this but you what do all of you think? Will sacred treasure come back due to a new powerful threat or because someone is trying to tap into Orochi power? Or will Iori old team come back with him once again haunted by Vice and Mature? Or will he get some new face here? Let me know
