Boss IGA is in Bloodstained. The main behind the series got into the mobile game as a boss armed with his signature hat and a cool sword he does look the part I guess.
“Iga’s Back Pack is available for purchase in the respective app store at $0.99. Although the DLC pack was originally made for backers of the console game’s Kickstarter project, anyone can also now purchase it separately on all available platforms.
The DLC pack adds an optional, powerful boss named IGA, modeled after the game’s creator Koji Igarashi. Defeating IGA in the game will reward players with an Insatiable shard and the popular Swordwhip weapon. The latter is available as a reward from a new quest included in the DLC.”
