Hunter X Hunter was seen trending yesterday with the passing of the Berserk creator Kentaro Miura. This happened as fans worry that unfinished series will up like Berserk with the creator passing before it is finished. A fear that Togashi the creator of HXH has talked about in interviews before.
2 things about this. 1 I agree with Forneverworld a Youtube on anime and manga related things now is not the time. Fans and vitural all outside of close friends and familiy just learned of Kentaro passing. As such we should give this more time before considering it. But at the same time I would also add this should bring focus on HXH and other series. HXH especially given Togashi and Kentaro was known for being great manga artist/ creators but infamous for taking long breaks.
For Togashi his break has been a reflection on his health. As such many have asked is there a change that can be done maybe make his manga from a weekly to a monthly or seasonal. Get him more help as he doesn’t want to stop until the series has come to an end so maybe figure out something for him as no one wants more HXH to come at the price of his life.
Again though this not the time to think about that as I have said before all condolences and respects to his friends and family. Below is not the actual image but it gives you the idea.
