Ruby Heart only appear in Marvel Vs Capcom 2 new age of heroes as a captain gather fighters to take on the final boss. The character has not been playable since but with Street Fighter V Champion Edition we get that much closer.
A new custom for Rose allows her to dress up as the female captain. It mostly works as you imagine Ruby with Rose move set. Well her moves with her scarf replaced with a chain. I know it isn’t the character per say but it is close.
