Again this is Unbelievable a story that takes place another earth that has gotten through a war with another dimension called Heaaven Shadows. This war that was dubbed the chaos war left scars on the planet in many ways. Highest Guard has been tasked to deal with all things related to Heaven Shadows from technology, people and more.
