Some sad news for New Jersey anime fans. New Jersey anime next was canceled. The reason why it is canceled is due to the convention center as opposed to covid or something. The thing is the convention is raising the price to according to the article 40-70%. This is not surprising as with everything opening back up that what survived COVID are now raising there prices to get back or make up what was lost in the lockdown across the country in the different states. New Jersey being one of them. There will be an event as the article states that it staff have to hold something there as due to there contract. But these will be workshops to prepare for next year.
